The Walk Itself
This is a long walk through multiple Seattle neighborhoods. Not only are there tons of zen shortcuts through all these neighborhoods but they also make sure their streets are lined with intentional art. This route also highlights the splendor of Seattle's green areas and marine culture.
Honestly, this walk really could be broken up into multiple little walks to allow more time for mindfulness as you take in all it has to offer. But some days it is definitely NOT true that your mind quiets after 45 minutes of walking and a longer route to allow for that extended time of presence is needed. This path could fulfill that criteria quite easily.
Distance in Presence
This walking route is about 8.7 miles roundtrip.
Mindful Reflection
Mid-bridge is nowhere and between. Practice being in transition without rushing toward arrival. Most of life is bridges, not destinations.

The Nordic Musuem (and thus Freya's coffee) is closed on Mondays
In order to visit the Bakke Coffee Museum, you will need to sign up for a guided tour on their website: https://www.bakkecoffeemuseum.com The admission is free. Currrently, walk ins are taken on Sundays from 12-4pm but check the website for any changes or updates.
Google My Map has limitations for pedestrians. I would cross NW 39th St. and NW 36th St. on 2nd Ave NW and keep going South towards Fremont Canal Park
